Designed and manufactured entirely in Mexico, Pi System was already a fully developed and proven solution when the Mexican government announced a deficit of one million homes that needed to be built within a few years at low cost and with high efficiency. The challenge demanded a radical rethinking of how housing is designed, built, and delivered.

Pi is the first prefabricated aluminum home in history, built entirely from 100% recyclable components. Each structure can be fully assembled in just 21 days by a crew of seven people, with no heavy machinery required, significantly reducing physical strain on workers and eliminating costly equipment from the construction process. All components are transported directly to the site and unloaded by hand, minimizing logistics and keeping air transport to a bare minimum.
